What quest log says?

To get event with Logan in Tavern you should have enough morale in Bandit's Camp. You can check morale on the map, and rise it with some booze or sex. And which golems do you mean?

You SHOULD NOT encourage him, and then choose to chase him in Werewolves attack on Bershade. It will give you the first heart.

You should witness Rose near the barn, than it's RNG. 

I think there are no other way. 

Go to the Bandit's camp and rise morale there at least to 25 (you can check it on the map when leaving the area), than enter Bareshade Bar at evening. Event is RNG.

What exactly said in the quest log?

There are few events. One available if you in good terms with Bernard, if he let you stay for the night there will be dialog option to spent night with Caleb in the old barn. Walking option will open when you rise affection a bit (available only at night). Also later will be sex scene with few options and after you see it "Share beer" will randomly change to another version, where you play "Hide the bone" game with him ;) Also additional option available during the fair.

On which step of quest do you now? Did you speak with witch in the Swamps?

Is the event even started? What's in it's log? Also it's not connected with Korg. 

I'm not sure, but imo it's better to progress the whole story than trying to develop single character at once, cause the story is complex and one depends on other.

If you have 0.30 you can update to 0.31, saves will survive, if you have 0.28 saves will die anyway, because 0.30 changed game engine a bit and saves from previous versions are incompatible.

There are lots of save slots ;) And no, Korg is not evolved, if I remember correctly.

There is no 2.9. 3.0 is big engine patch which will kill your saves, as for content nothing much - new sprite for Logan and new sex scene with Hayden.

Much easier for RPG nerds. I used "South Park Boars strategy". Just got 25 lvl on the swamp before doing anything further. And any fight now is a piece of cake xD
